Shipping of two roll open mill

The OLT-160LST two-roll open mill was successfully loaded onto the ship, and the OLLITAL equipment was recognized by the Thai customer.

- The customer conducted an on-site inspection and a trial run with supplied materials in the early stage. After being satisfied with the mixing effect, they proposed customization: adding four-direction emergency stop buttons and increasing the operating height of the machine body. The acceptance criteria is a continuous no-load operation at 280℃ for 5 hours.

- The factory completed customization and rigorous testing, capturing the entire process on video; the equipment was successfully shipped to Thailand, and the technical team provided video guidance for installation and debugging. The customer spoke highly of the products and services.

- This model focuses on safety protection and high-temperature stability, suitable for the research and development of high-end rubber and plastic materials, as well as small-batch production.
